Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Rangtoosh

At Rangtoosh, we take care to inspect and prepare each product before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and our business model, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy.

1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

  • All purchases made on Rangtoosh are final.  

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for any products, including shawls, woolen stoles, woolen suit materials, unstitched winter cord sets, unstitched summer cord sets,or other materials.

  • Customers are strongly advised to review product details, descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before placing an order.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Rangtoosh offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders, subject to the availability and serviceability of the delivery location.

  • COD orders are processed after order confirmation and internal verification. The payable amount, as applicable, must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Rangtoosh reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline COD orders at its discretion based on operational, logistical, or other business considerations.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement.

  • Cancellation requests received after 1 hour will not be accepted.

  • Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation within the allowed time, customers must contact Rangtoosh immediately with their order details.

4. Delivery Refusal

  • If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order after it has been dispatched, Rangtoosh reserves the right to recover applicable shipping, handling, and return-to-origin charges incurred.

  • This applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Repeated refusal of deliveries may lead to restrictions, limitations, or suspension of future orders at the discretion of Rangtoosh.

  • By placing an order on Rangtoosh, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
