By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

Rangtoosh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Products & Product Information

 Rangtoosh makes every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, as our products include handcrafted and textile-based items such as shawls, woolen stoles, woolen suit materials, unstitched winter cord sets, unstitched summer cord sets and more,  slight variations in color, texture, weave, or finish may occur. Product images are for representational purposes only. Actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and display resolution. Such natural variations are an inherent part of handcrafted and textile products and shall not be considered defects.

Pricing, Payments & Availability

All prices displayed on the Rangtoosh website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure that all product pricing and availability information on our website is accurate. However, errors may occur. Rangtoosh reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies, product descriptions, or stock availability at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such instances, any payment received will be refunded through the original payment method, where applicable. Payments on Rangtoosh are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.

Order Confirmation, Payment & Cancellation

An order placed on Rangtoosh is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received, whether full or partial, as applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Rangtoosh offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected orders, subject to the availability and serviceability of the delivery location . COD orders are processed and dispatched only after order confirmation. Rangtoosh reserves the right to accept or reject COD orders at its discretion based on operational, logistical, or other business considerations.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only within 1 hour of order placement. Cancellation requests made after 1 hour will not be accepted, regardless of the payment method. Once an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation within the permitted timeframe, customers must contact us immediately with their order details.

Shipping & Delivery

Rangtoosh currently ships only within India. Orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated timelines mentioned on the website, subject to product availability and order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping address, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Rangtoosh shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipping or tracking details, where applicable, to monitor delivery progress.

No Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 All products sold on Rangtoosh are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed and confirmed. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing before completing their purchase. Any variation in color, texture, or appearance due to the handcrafted or textile nature of the products shall not be considered a valid reason for return, refund, or exchange. Order cancellations are governed strictly by the 1-hour cancellation policy outlined in these Terms & Conditions and in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Rangtoosh website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, layouts, and overall website appearance, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rangtoosh. This content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from Rangtoosh. Any unauthorized use of the website content may result in legal action.

Acceptable Use

Rangtoosh shall also not be responsible for any damages arising from temporary unavailability or technical issues with the website, delays caused by courier partners or third-party service providers, or variations in product appearance due to the nature of handcrafted and textile products. Indemnification

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Rangtoosh website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
